Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.A typical office visit will be shorter than the previous two visits. It will last anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on your situation.

You will start off by checking in at the front desk. When your name is called you will walk back to the rehab area to perform your prescribed rehab (if you have rehab prescribed). Then you move to an open table and lay face down to get ready to have you muscles worked on. Next the doctor will check your spine and adjust as needed. From there, you check out at the front desk and your visit is complete.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Dr. Marcus Asks some important questions of interest to El Dorado residents - Chiropractor El Dorado Dr. Marcus Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
